I have no electricity in a room or in the apartment.

In order to restore electricity you need to find the electricity meter (usually in the kitchen), put everything Off then return to On. If it doesn’t work, check the lights in the street or ask your neighbour if they have power. If there is no electricity in the whole neighborhood, there is nothing to do, just wait for the city to turn the power back on. If your neighbour has electricity, please send us an email so that we can fix the problem.

My internet connection doesn't work well.

- After entering my code to unlock the lock, the yellow dot is flashing and there is a delay before unlock.
- 3 Red X when Outside Schlage Button is pressed.
If this happens, please contact us immediatly and someone will come to change the battery shortly.

The toilets are clogged.

As written in the contract, light bulbs need to be replaced by you when they burn out. You can buy light bulbs at the closest convenience store, or in a supermarket.
